Among the catalytic projects currently being undertaken and planned are the development of Bandar Cassia as a new growth hub, the Penang International Logistics Aeropark (PILA), the Large-Scale Solar Farm Project, and mixed-development projects that are expected to further stimulate the state’s economy.
In supporting the state’s rapid industrial growth, PDC remains committed to strengthening the industrial ecosystem through the provision of sustainable and well-integrated facilities, including workers’ accommodations, supporting infrastructure, and community amenities within key development areas. Concurrently, PDC will continue to enhance its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and community development programmes to ensure balanced, inclusive, and sustainable socio-economic progress for the benefit of the wider community.
