PDC, as the premier socio-economic development agency for the State of Penang, pledges to :-

Ensure that the development of all industrial, housing and commercial projects are monitored effectively and completed in compliance to the customers' needs, within the stipulated time frame and in accordance to PDC's objectives, processes and procedures.
Process all applications for the purchase of industrial land and rental / purchase of SMI factory within sixty (60) days.
Ensure that all payments are made within 14 days from date of receipt of invoices / certificate of interim payment and complete documents.
Ensure that the Skim Pinjaman Harapan (SPH) loan and application for the rental of Bukit Tengah and Bukit Minyak stall units are processed within 30 working days from the date of the completed application.
Ensure that any inquiries / complaints / suggestions / feedback to be replied within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Ensure that all correspondences are replied within 7 working days.
