LAND MANAGEMENT SECTION ACTIVITIES:
1. Land Acquisition:
- To ensure sufficient land is acquired by PDC in line with PDC’s Master Plan for the continuous economic development of State.
2. Land Administration:
- To sell vacant and or undeveloped plots of PDC Land through Open Tender for specific commercial developments
- To lease /rent vacant and or undeveloped plots of PDC lands to interested individuals and companies for suitable and approved business activities/purposes.
