Small Medium Industry - How to apply

 Applications on factory units have to be made by using application forms obtained from Industry Division.

Applicants are required to complete the AS-PAT form for evaluation purposes together with flow chart of company manufacturing process.

All applications need to be submitted together with the following documents: -

(i) Memorandum & Article
(ii) Form 24, 44 & 49 under Company Act 1965
(iii) Company registration (private or shared)

All of the above documents are required to be true certified copies by the company secretary.

Completed forms should be returned to:-
