What is PDC’s investment policy?
a) To hold 100%/majority equity in new subsidiary companies in order to control the direction of the companies
b) To promote and implement PDC’s core activities such as property development
c) To closely monitor the financial performance of PDC’s subsidiary companies
d) To divest from companies which suffer huge cumulative losses and do not show any future growth potential, as well as those that are non strategic in nature
Which sectors are PDC actively investing in?
Currently, PDC's investments are in property development, hotel and leisure activities, tourism, healthcare,construction, education, telecommunication services and agro-based sectors.
Our objective is to manage and monitor our investment portfolio in an effective manner to realise their long term potentials.

What are the criteria to be eligible for Projek Titian Saksama Rakyat (PTSR) Penang loan?
