Organizing Business Matching
To develop domestic and international business networking among potential entrepreneurs in Penang.
Penang Development Corporation (PDC) together with Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA), Penang Halal International (PHI) and Penang Regional Development Authority (PERDA) has been invited to participate in Pekan Raya Sumatera Utara which took place from 16th June until 17th July, 2023 at North Sumatra Complex, Tapian Daya, Medan, Jalan Gatot Subrato, Medan, North Sumatera, Indonesia.
Signing Ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding between Al Hadad Marketing Sdn. Bhd and Al Haddad Marketing Indonesia witnessed by YB Dato' Haji Abdul Halim bin Hussain and Dato' Aziz Bakar during the 2023 Medan Fair Program.

Business Opportunities
To give exposure to entrepreneurs on the business opportunities in order to enhance the business potential among entrepreneurs.
PDC has participated in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Week Program (PMKS 2023) organized by SME Corp Malaysia which took place from 2nd to 4th June 2023 at Seberang Perai Arena Convention Center (SP Arena), Seberang Jaya.
PDC's participation in this MIHAS event is to promote PDC Development projects such as empty plots for the halal industry, PDC IKS units at the PSPN Halal Hub and Entrepreneur's Square in Bandar Cassia.

The Trade, Industry and Entrepreneur Development Exco in collaboration with Penang Development Corporation (PDC) has organized Karnival Keusahawanan Pulau Pinang 2023 on 23rd February 2023 at AC Marriott Hotel.
PDC in collaboration with the National Institute of Entrepreneurship (INSKEN) has organised Kursus Asas Keusahawanan (KAK) which was held on 17th and 18th May 2023 at Cititel Hotel, Penang.
Working with the Trade, Industry and Entrepreneur Development EXCO and in collaboration with Penang Women's Corporation (PWDC), “Siri Wanita Dalam Ekonomi- Seminar Wanita Bangkit” program was organised on 7th June 2023 at Olive Tree Hotel.
PDC has organized Program Pembangunan Usahawan Pulau Pinang titled “Bagaimana Menggandakan Jualan dan Keuntungan Perniagaan Anda Secara Berterusan” on 21st June 2023 at Cititel Hotel, Georgetown, Penang.
Bahagian Pembangunan Usahawan (BPU), PDC has organized Business Facilitator 2.0 Course in collaboration with National Institute of Entrepreneurship (INSKEN) from 4th until 6th July 2023 at PDC’s Conference Room.
8th May 2023 - PDC has paid a courtesy visit to MDEC, Cyberjaya to discuss further on PDC’s intention to collaborate with MDEC in organizing entrepreneurship courses for year 2023 and 2024.
PDC in collaboration with Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) has organized a series of Courses 1 & 2 namely "Introduction to Digital Entrepreneurship" and "Business Model Strategy" which were held on 12th and 13th July 2023 at Ixora Hotel, Penang.
PDC together with Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) has organized the "Branding Strategy for Business" & "Tik Tok for Business" courses on 29th and 30th August 2023 at Eastin Hotel, Penang.
