PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

The scope of work of the Property Management Section covers the management of sales and rental of units of existing PDC projects, that includes housing and commercial projects. The Section is responsible for the management and processing of sales and rentals of units.

The existing projects that still have units that have not been taken up are at Desa Cemara at Seberang Jaya Township and Serendah at Sungai Pinang. While the commercial project is at Mayang Mall Complex, Bayan Baru as well as the complexes at Jalan Kedah and Komtar,George Town.

Apart from that, the Property Management Section is also involved in the coordination of high-rise buildings that have not been handed over to the Management Corporations. The Section has from time to time made efforts to hand over the buildings to the respective Management Corporations.
